FC LeKi 90 · International Player Programme · 2026/27
Join a real European senior-football environment in Finland. Train consistently. Compete. Get evaluated. Earn your opportunity.
FC LeKi 90 is run by our affiliated club FC LeKi. NNJF Sports Consulting helps players prepare, apply and settle in — and supports their development throughout.
01 What makes this different
FC LeKi is a Finnish senior football club competing in Miesten Kolmonen — not a pay-to-play showcase company. FC LeKi 90 places you inside that environment for 90 days: living, training and competing alongside a first-team squad with genuine sporting stakes.
02 What's included
Every FC LeKi 90 place includes the following. Nothing is promised beyond what is listed here.
Housing for the duration of your programme in Lempäälä.
Programme transport for training, matches and approved club activities.
Full access for strength, conditioning and recovery work.
FC LeKi kit issued for training sessions and matches.
Up to two sessions per day, according to the weekly schedule.
Regular competitive match minutes within the programme.
For eligible 18+ players: possible registration and selection for official FC LeKi fixtures.
Technical, tactical, physical and behavioural assessment throughout.
A final development report, issued for longer programmes.
Practical support on arrival and settling into the programme.
03 The club
FC LeKi was founded in 2024, continuing the legacy of LeKi Football's men's first team under new leadership. The club was promoted after the 2025 season and competes in Miesten Kolmonen in 2026, with the ambition of climbing the Finnish football pyramid.
This is the environment FC LeKi 90 places you in: real training standards, real match weeks and a squad with its own sporting objectives — not a demonstration environment built for visiting players.

04 Official-match eligibility
Players aged 18+ may be eligible for official FC LeKi matches, subject to registration rules and sporting selection. Nothing about a fee-paying programme changes this — the same standards apply to every player in the squad.
You must be aged 18 or older at the time of the fixture to be considered for official-match registration.
Registration is subject to Finnish football's competition and eligibility rules, which FC LeKi does not control.
Selection is sporting: it is based on your performance and fit within the squad during the programme, decided by the coaching staff.
Playing time is never purchased. It is earned through training and evaluation, the same as for any first-team player.
05 The 90-day journey
FC LeKi 90 is not a single trial. Your development is tracked from the day you arrive to the day you leave.
Weeks 1–2
Onboarding, orientation to the club and Lempäälä, and an initial technical, tactical and physical baseline.
Weeks 3–6
Full integration into the first-team training environment, with structured feedback after every session.
Weeks 7–11
Friendlies and internal games, with the possibility of official-match registration for eligible players.
Week 12
Evaluation is compiled into your Player Performance Passport, reviewed with the coaching staff.
06 Training days
Sessions of 90–120 minutes develop skills, fitness and match readiness. A typical week looks like this — the exact schedule follows the club's match calendar.
| Day | Morning | Evening |
|---|---|---|
| Monday | Technical / tactical (passing & movement) | Small-sided games (attacking focus) |
| Tuesday | Fitness & endurance (sprints & agility) | Position-specific training |
| Wednesday | Match prep (formations & set pieces) | Friendly match / internal scrimmage |
| Thursday | Speed & strength | Tactical simulations (pressing & build-up) |
| Friday | Finishing (shots & crosses) | Competitive match |
| Saturday | Recovery (yoga & mobility) | Evaluation games with player feedback |
| Sunday | Rest & recovery | Rest & recovery |
07 Player Performance Passport
At the end of longer programmes, every player receives a formal development report — a structured account of where you stand and how you progressed, compiled by the coaching staff across the full duration of your stay.
Ball control, passing, first touch, finishing.
Decision-making, positioning, game understanding.
Speed, stamina, strength, recovery capacity.
Discipline, focus, adaptability, competitiveness.
The Passport is a development record, not a contract, scouting guarantee or promise of onward opportunity. Progress is benchmarked against Finnish academy standards.
08 Programme durations & fees
FC LeKi does not compete on being the cheapest programme available. The fee reflects sustained integration into a real senior-club environment and the possibility of official competition — not a fixed guarantee of either.

09 Life in Lempäälä

Housing arranged for the full length of your programme, in or near Lempäälä.

Local transport covering training, matches and approved club activities.

Full gym membership to support conditioning, strength work and recovery.

FC LeKi training and match kit issued for the duration of your stay.
10 Parents & international players
International health insurance is mandatory for every participating player. Our staff provide practical onboarding support so your arrival in Lempäälä is straightforward, whether you're travelling as an adult player or as a parent supporting one.
11 Long-stay immigration support
For programmes extending beyond 90 days, FC LeKi can provide programme documentation and practical guidance relating to the Finnish immigration process. Where a player separately qualifies for an athlete residence permit through an eligible employment or player arrangement, FC LeKi can complete the employer-side documentation required of the club.
Residence permits are decided by the Finnish Immigration Service (Migri) and cannot be guaranteed. Enrolling in a fee-paying programme does not, by itself, qualify a player for a residence permit.
12 What is not guaranteed
